Official Contest Rules — 100,000 Member Celebration Giveaway

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older as of September 1, 2026. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

September 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026, closing at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

4. How to Enter

You must be an active member of the Facebook group “Teacher & Family Deals: Daily Deals & Coupon Codes” — meaning you participate in the group by commenting on, reacting to, or sharing posts during the entry period — and submit the entry form at teacherfamilydeals.com/100k-contest/ before the deadline. Entry is free.

One entry per person, regardless of how many email addresses or Facebook accounts you use. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, and late entries are void. Submitting the form also subscribes you to the Teacher & Family Deals newsletter; you may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your eligibility.

5. How the Winner Is Chosen

After the entry period closes, the Sponsor will consult Facebook’s “Top Contributors” ranking for the group covering September 2026. Facebook generates this ranking using its own criteria, which the Sponsor does not control or verify; the Sponsor’s reading of it is final.

The ten highest-ranked members who submitted an entry form become the Finalists. On October 1, 2026, those ten names will be entered into a random name selector and one name will be drawn.

By entering, you consent to your Facebook Profile name being displayed during the drawing and announced in the group.

6. Prize

One (1) $500 Walmart electronic gift card, emailed to the address on the winning entry. No cash substitution or transfer. Walmart’s gift card terms apply. All taxes are the winner’s responsibility.

7. Notification

The winner will be announced in the Facebook group at 9:00 PM Eastern Time on October 1, 2026, and will be contacted by the Sponsor within 24 hours of the announcement.

8. Disqualification

The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who posts repetitive or artificial comments to inflate their activity ranking, violates the group’s rules, or tampers with the entry process. The Sponsor’s determination is final.

9. Privacy and Liability

Entrant information is used to administer this promotion and to send the newsletter. It is not sold or shared with third parties. By entering, you release the Sponsor from any claim arising from the promotion or the prize, including any failure or change in Facebook’s reporting. New Jersey law governs these rules.
